You want APCPDCL Director post recruitment notification so I am providing you the same: 1. Age: The applicant shall NOT be above Sixty Five (65) years of age as on the date of notification. 2. Qualification: The person shall have minimum Bachelor’s/Equivalent Degree in the subject directly relevant to the position. 3. Eligibility Criteria: a) The person shall have at least 15 years of experience in the field relevant to the position. b) The person shall have at least 25 years of Professional Experience with any State/Central Government and/or Government undertaking. Such person shall also have completed three years of minimum combined service in the categories of Chief Engineer and Superintending Engineer together or three years of minimum experience in the categories of Chief General Manager/Executive Director or an equivalent rank in the State Government/Public Sector undertakings etc. c) The person shall have minimum Bachelor’s/Equivalent Degree in the subject directly relevant to the position. (For example, a person who can be eligible for the position of Director (Finance) shall have atleast a Bachelors Degree in Commerce or an equivalent Subject. Qualified Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries can also be considered as eligible persons.) 4. Tenure of Appointee: Directors shall be selected initially for a term of Two (2) years. The tenure of the appointee may be extended for a period of One (1) year at a time up to a maximum of Two (2) extensions. All decisions related to extension of tenure shall be made after the approval of the competent authority with the recommendation of the Selection Committee based on the yearly assessment report of the Director.
