AMU BA LLB Exam?

When will AMU conduct entrance exam for admission in BA LLB course in 2012? What is the duration of this course? What documents are to be produced at the time of admission?

The AMU has published notification for B.A.LL.B. entrance exam 2012. Important dates of the exam, according to the notification, are as follows:

Last date for submission of application form - 05-03-2012
Date of entrance exam - 05-05-2012
You can apply online or offline for this exam. The exam will be of 2 hours.

The B.A.LL.B course has 10 Semesters.

The Aligarh Muslim University is also known as AMU. The university was incepted as MAO College in 1875. Aligarh Muslim University provides over 300 courses. The university provides B.A.LL.B program through its faculty of Law. The university conducts an entrance exam for providing admission in this program.

Eligibility
For applying for the exam, applicants must have done senior secondary examination or equivalent with not less than 50% marks and candidates’ age should be under 22 years of age in the year of admission.

Pattern of the exam:
The exam has a single paper carrying 75 objective type questions (75% weightage) and 10 short answer type questions (25% weightage) worth of 100 marks. The paper will be based on the following subjects:
1. General English
2. Current Affairs/General Knowledge (with emphasis on legal issues)
3. Reasoning and Aptitude
