SBI Exam Date

Can you let me know about the examination date of SBI PO as well as its exam pattern??

State Bank of India will going to conduct written examination for the recruitment of Probationary Officers on 28 April 2013.

Here I am giving you important dates related to this exam.

Online Registration of Application: 30 January 2013 to 23 February 2013
Dates for Payment of Fees - Online: 30 January 2013 to 23 February 2013
Dates Payment of Fees – Offline: 01 February 2013 to 28 February 2013
Date of Written Examination: 28 April 2013


Selection Procedure:

Selection of candidate will be done on the basis of written examination, Group discussion and personal interview.

Written Examination will consist of Objective Tests and Descriptive Test as well. This test is of 250 marks.

Exam syllabus:

Objective Tests (200 marks): Duration for this test is 2 hours

The Objective Tests consist of 4 Sections with 50 marks each as follows:
English Language
General Awareness, Marketing and Computers
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Reasoning (High Level)

Descriptive Test (50 marks): Duration of test is 1 Hour
Group Discussion (20 marks) &
Interview (30 marks)
