The university, which was in the first place projected by a trust run by Mishra, will be built in the state capital and its name will remain as Dr Shakuntala Mishra Uttar Pradesh Viklang Vishwavidyalay, as envisaged earlier. Admission in professional courses is done by entrance exam Competitive exams in Uttar Pradesh.
