You want to know dates of MBA admission at IIT so admission in this course held through CAT entrance exam. Here is entrance exam dates:

CAT Result 09.01.2013 (Wednesday)

Online Submission of Application Form begins on 10.01.2013 (Thursday)

Eligibility MBA Full Time:

The candidates having the following qualifications are eligible to apply for admission to the MBA programme:

Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ B.Sc. Agriculture Engineering (minimum 4 years after 10+2)
Or
Master's degree in any branch of Physical/Chemical/Mathematical Sciences like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Application, Electronic Science, Environmental Science, Operations Research, Computational/Information Science, Agriculture or Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics, CA/ICWA.

Those appearing in the final year examination may also apply. However, the candidates must finish their final qualifying examination before the last date of registration, i.e. 23rd July 2012 (exact date to be notified in admission letter). Minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the above mentioned degree programmes essential for admission.

There is a relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e. min. 6.25) for SC/ST candidates and as per Institute norms for PH category.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras is a public engineering institute located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

As one of the Indian Institute of Technologies, it is recognised as an Institute of National Importance.

IIT Madras MBA Admission Eligibility:

MBA:

Graduates in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree. A relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e. min. 5.50 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST candidates. Relaxation in criteria for PwD[Differently Abled] candidates may be as per the Institute rules.

Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if she/he submits a certificate by certain date.

MBA (Telecommunication Systems Management):

Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ B.Sc. Agriculture Engineering (minimum 4 years after 10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Physical/Chemical/Mathematical Sciences like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Application, Electronic Science, Environmental Science, Operations Research, Computational/Information Science, Agriculture or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Economics, CA/ICWA.

A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree. A relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e. min. 5.50 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST candidates. Relaxation in criteria for PH candidates may be as per the Institute rules.

Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
