You want to apply for AIEEE Architecture test candidate must passed 10+2 (Class XII) or on equivalent exam from a recognized board in India with 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category students. All the candidates who are appearing in the final year exam is also eligible to apply for the AIEEE entrance exam. Age Limit: Upper Age Limit 25 years Syllabus: Part I Awareness of persons, places, Buildings, Materials.) Objects, Texture related to Architecture and build~environment. Visualising three dimensional objects from two dimensional drawings. Visualising. Different sides of three dimensional objects. Analytical Reasoning Mental Ability (Visual, Numerical and Verbal). Part II Three dimensional – perception: Understanding and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, building forms and elements, colour texture, harmony and contrast. Design and drawing of geometrical or abstract shapes and patterns in pencil. Transformation of forms both 2 D and 3 D union, substraction, rotation, development of surfaces and volumes, Generation of Plan, elevations and 3 D views of objects. Creating two dimensional and three dimensional compositions using given shapes and forms. Sketching of scenes and activities from memory of urbanscape (public space, market, festivals, street scenes, monuments, recreational spaces etc.), landscape (river fronts, jungles. gardens, tre es, plants etc.) and rural life.

Yes AIEEE is applicable for architecture exam. AIEEE aptitude test for Architecture is for admission to All National Institute of Technology (NIT) and School of Planning and Architecture (SPA). Eligibility: Candidates need to have at least 50 % in 12th having the mathematics subject in +2 and need to clear it with the new scheme of SSC Or Must have 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregate marks. Or Must have Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject This paper includes mainly three parts which are described below. Section 1; Mathematics : +2 syllabus Section 2 Awareness of persons, places, buildings etc. of Architectural importance. Visualizing three dimensional objects from two dimensional drawings Visualizing different sides of three dimensional objects. Identifying commonly used materials and objects based on their textural qualities and colour. Analytical reasoning and mental ability(Visual, Numerical &verbal) . ii. Part 2 (drawing part) : This part contains 3 questions Three dimensional perceptions: Understanding and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, building forms and elements, colour texture, harmony and contrast. Design and drawing of geometrical or abstract shapes and patterns in pencil Transformation of forms both 2D and 3D - union, subtraction, rotation, development of surfaces and volumes; Generation of plan, elevations and 3D views of objects.
