should i apply for glc mumbai or not as the cut off mentioned was 88%?

dear sir,
I have secured 84.83%(all 6 subjects) in class 12th(science stream-isc board) . i have participated in various reputed inter school competitions at national level. (like quiz competitions at doon school and welham girls). should i apply for glc mumbai or not as the cut off mentioned was 88% and mine is less. will these certificates be a help?

cutoff for GLC depends on number of applications recieved. however this year its expected to go high. expect a rise of at least 2% per stream. so commerce will be around 91%, sc around 88% and arts 85%

sir,i have got 90% in best 4 subjects including(accounts,economics,business studies and english)and in best 5 subjects my aggregate is 85% in commerce.Am i elligible to take addmission this year?is it on the basis of best 4 subjects?
