As per your need I am sharing information regarding to UPTU application form. Offline application: UPSEE OMR application form with Information Brochure can be purchased from 1st week of March, 2013 to 3rd week of March, 2013 ( both days inclusive ) from Head Post Offices. The Cost of UPSEE Information Brochure and application form including examination fee will be as under : General /OBC Category ( Magenta colour ) SC / ST Category and All Female Candidate ( Orange colour ) Rs. 1,000/- ( For OMR Application Form ) Rs.500/- (For OMR App. Form ) Completed UPTU SEE application form ( OMR Type ) duly filled must reach the following address : The Registrar, ( UPSEE 2012) , Gautam Buddh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow – 226 021. The last date of reception of application form is Last week of March, 2013 by Speed Post / Registered Post only. here I am giving you information about required eligibilities for participate in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination for admission in Uttar Pradesh Technical University here I am giving you process to get application form status for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination ==go on official website of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination ==click on Re-Print Confirmation Page option given on home page of it ==on that page you have to fill Registration Number , Select Mode of Payment. Date of Birth, Enter Security Pin and Security Pin than click on submit option so you will get application FORM status for it .
