IGNOU Dubai Center Courses

I already restired in IGNOU centre in nepal [B.com] 1st year exam exam diid not gave due to dubai visa.. and 2nd year admition did not yet so . Now i want to give my exam and admition 2nd year and wanna give 1 st year exam but it's very far to go nepal , any solution so that i can complete my studies. transfer study centre nepal to dubai..???

I have passed BCA.Presently I am in Sharjah. My certificates are at MG university kottayam, Kerala. Is ther any option for me to join for IGNOU MCA without submitting the certificates on admission but later after three months.please reply to my email:rinshi03@gmail.com

what is the prcedure of re registration ?..
my course duration was finished 2 years ago..
can I replay to re registration ?..
