National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR) was established in 1977 as 'Malaria Research Centre', which was renamed as 'National Institute of Malaria Research' in November 2005.
The primary task of the Institute is to find short term as well as long term solutions to the problems of malaria through basic, applied and operational field research.

Recruitment:
The institute is inviting the applications for the post of Research Assistant on a temporary, contractual basis.

Eligibility:
The candidate should have done Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences with specialization in genetics/molecular biology/genomics and/or malaria.

The age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years.
Age relaxation will be as per rules.

The candidate should have Field experience in malaria, Good computer skills and experience with using MS Office.

How to apply:
The eligible candidates may appear for a Walk-in-Interview together with their complete bio-data and photocopies of the certificates/testimonials and the originals for verification before on 15 October at 10.00 a.m.
