When will SSC release application forms for Clerks Grade Exam 2012? I want to apply online for this exam. Is it possible? Please tell me about its procedure?

Rakesh, SSC has announced notification of Clerks’ Grade exam 2012 (for Multi Tasking Staff Only) on its official website. According to the advertisement, following are the key dates:

Advertisement will be published on- 14.01.2012
Closing date - 10.02.2012
Examination will be conducted on - 25.03.2012

Group 'X'
Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Service Grade II
President's Secretariat
Central Secretariat Clerical Service- Lower Division Grade
Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service-Lower Division Grade
Indian Foreign Service (B) Grade VI
Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs

Group 'Y':
Offices of the Controller and Auditor General of India, Accountants General (Audit) and Accountants General (Accounts and Estt.) in various States

Eligibility:
Candidates’ age should be between 18 to 25 years of age in the year of examination. Scheduled castes/scheduled tribes, etc will get relaxation in age. apart from this, Candidates must have done Matriculation or equivalent.

Pattern of the exam:
The exam will be completed in two parts.
Part I- Written Examination
Part II- Typewriting Test.

The exam paper will be based on following subjects:
General Intelligence and Clerical Aptitude 50
English Language 50
Numerical Aptitude 50
General Awareness 50

Type Writing Test:
Candidates who pass the written examination will be eligible for type writing test. The test will have one paper of 'Running Matter' of 10 minutes duration.
