The admission in B.Tech at Kalasalingam University is done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by Kalasalingam University having centers all over India and marks in 10+2.
The final merit list is made on the basis of performance in entrance exam and marks obtained in 10+2 level

Total Marks 300
200 marks for 10+2 performance
100 marks for performance in entrance exam

The University also gives B.Tech Lateral Entry. The admission is done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by Kalasalingam University with an average of 60% marks in pre final and final semester together in a three year diploma course in relevant area.

Any Diploma with 70% of marks in final and prefinal (Or) Other equivalent Examination accepted by admitting authority with a minimum average of 60% marks.
Age limit: 21 years for OC / BC / MBC / DNC No age limit for SC / ST.

Admission charges for tamil nadu students:5000/-for one time
