Scholarship Gujarat Government

I got Rs.1000/-pre-Matric scholarship in 2013-14 in Std.10th from Minority Welfare Scholarship System in Gujarat. I did not get any id from it. Now I am doing Diploma in Mechanical in Self finance College. I want to know now what to do for getting scholarship for 2014-15. May I register online as a fresh candidate in post matric scholarship in Minority Welfare Scholarship System. Please guide me what to do?
