Will you please give me the details of the UPCPMT???

The Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test is the test for admission in the dental and medical related courses, conducted by Chattrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University based at Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. The eligibility of the entrance examination is as following:

Eligibility
The applicant should have completed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks with Physics, Mathematics and Biology subjects from any recognized board of India.

Last Date for Issue of submission of the Forms may in the May, 2013

UPCPMT or Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Government.
Courses offered through CPMT :
BHMS – Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery
BUMS – Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery
BDS – Bachelor of Dental Surgery
MBBS – Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants should have passed 12th class examination from UP.
Those aspirants who have not passed their 12th class exam from UP but their parents belong to UP (With domicile) can also apply for this exam.
Aspirants must have complete age of 17 at the end of year in which you have taken the admission.
The maximum age of aspirants should not more than 25 years.
Aspirants should have physics, chemistry, biology and English as core subjects in 12th class.
Aspirants should have scored 50% marks in these subjects for the general class Aspirants & 40% for the SC/ST Aspirants.

Tentative Dates:
Start of online registeration-third week of April, 2014
End of Registration- second week of May ,2014
Date of Exam: third week of June 2014.
