Anna University does not offer M.Tech in Biotechnology by Part Time.
By Part time mode there are only two M.Tech courses and these are
M.Tech-Textile Technology
M.Tech-Chemical Engineering

However the university offers M.Tech Biotechnology in regular mode. For that purpose one need to give the entrance exam.
