Given below is the HR policy glimpse of the “VARK-LEARNING” a learning and
training solutions company
1. It offers cash rewards for staff members
2. It promotes the culture of employee referral and encourages people to refer people they
know may be their friends, ex. Colleagues batch mates, relatives.
3. What all needs do it takes care off according to maslow’s need hierarchy
4. It recognizes good performances and give fancy titles and jackets to the people who
perform well and also felicitates them in the Annual Day of the company.

VARK stands for Visual, Aural, Read/write, and Kinesthetic sensory modalities that are used for learning information.

VARK Products
Variety of products available which include books, software, and resources especially designed to help you use VARK.

VARK Learning Style:

Visual Learners--
-Graphic displays such as charts, diagrams, illustrations, handouts, and videos are all helpful learning tools for visual learners.

Aural (or auditory) --
You learn best by hearing information. They tend to get a great deal out of lectures and are good at remembering things they are told.

Reading and writing learners --
-You prefer to take in information displayed as words.
-Learning materials that are primarily text-based are strongly preferred by these learners.

Kinesthetic Learners--
-Kinesthetic (or tactile) learners can learn best by touching and doing.
-Hands-on experience is important to kinesthetic learners.
