Eligibility:
The applicant should hold Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from any University or Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant

Age limit:
Age should be below 30 years for all candidates and below 32 years
No maximum age limit for SCs, SC (Arunthathiyars on preferential basis),STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs (Other than BCMs), BCMs and Destitute Widows of all castes.

The written test will cover following topics:

Horticulture (Degree Standard) - 300 marks
Interview and Record - 40 marks

Application fees:
Application can be obtained from the Post Offices on payment of Rs.30/- and Examination fees is Rs.125/-
