When will join for M.Phil in Management?

I completed Mphil in 2006 -07, how do i get my degree convocation?. while i havent received any, from the DDE.

sir, I bring to your notice that i have completed M.Phil.,degree(2007).I want to get my degree certificate through the post.so i requet you to send me contact number or email id thanking you.

Is there m.phil correspondence course. i want to apply[M Phil]

I got admission in M Phil Labour studies, one or two time I paid examination fee also,

But some reason's I can,t attend examination , what can I do?
