Firstly go to the official website of Central Bank of India which looks like this

Now mid of the home page you will see “Internet Banking” option click on that option a new page will open which look like this image;



Now on this page click on Personal Internet Banking option again a new page will open which look like this image;



After that click on “Click here to download the Internet Banking Application Form” option a new page will open which look like this image:



After that fill all require details and print out this form and submit this form at nearest branch of Central Bank Of India…
