AMIE Eligibility Details

What is the eligibility is required for AMIE?

You need to know the AMIE eligibility, I am giving here:

AMIE Eligibility Technician Members:

Age:
The applicant shall have attained the age of 17 years on the date of his application for election.

Qualification:
The applicant should have possess an educational qualification recognised by the Council.

AMIE Senior Technician Members Eligibility:

Age:
The applicant shall have attained the age of 18 years on the date of his application for election or transfer.

Examination:
The applicant shall have passed either an accredited diploma examination in engineering or technology or its equivalent as recognised by the Council or other examination recognised by the Council as exempting from passing Section A ( Non – Diploma ) Examination of the Institution.

Qualification:

The candidates, who have passed an examination, shall be eligible to apply for Senior Technician membership.

The candidates, who have possess any qualification, shall be eligible to apply for Senior Technician membership, claiming complete exemption from Section A Examination of the Institution.
