IP University MBA Admission

CET for MBA is scheduled at 3rd march 2013 but its date is clashing with MICAT. Can there be any other alternative to apply for MBA in IP university??

And what is the difference between MBA and MBA(SEM) programme in IP?

after graduation with a BA degree , can i directly go for COST accounting intermediate course?
