You should have nominated by their universities
You can not apply direct.
You should attend United States or Canadian university and should be admitted in any department of the Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics
Third years and second years students may apply.
Total 9 applicant is allows for one eligible university

Incomplete application will not allowed

Deadline of application: - 9, Oct 2013.
