Quantitative Aptitude : Keep in mind that the Data Interpretation is SBI's favorite section. You will get almost 40% questions from this area. For this section you have to focus more on Averages, Ratios and Proportions and Simplification (Note : Now a days they are making DI questions from the areas Probability, Time and Work, Simple and Compound Interest etc. too.

Reasoning : The reasoning section of SBI is little easier when compared to IBPS's. For last years SBI Specialist Officers' Exam which was held in the year 2012, they've mainly focused on Analytical Reasoning. So focus more on this area.
