TANCET 2012 eligibility criteria for TANCET exam 2012 would be the same as the previous TANCET exams. Eligibility criteria for different programs differ. Before taking the TANCET 2012 exam, be sure of what are these criteria and do you meet these criteria as well.

As per your need, I am going to tell you about the eligibility criteria for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET).

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) conducted by Anna university for admission in M.B.A, M.C.A, M.E, M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan.

Eligibility:

MBA:

Applicants need to pass Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from any recognized university/institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST)

MCA:

Applicants need to pass Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from any recognized university/institute. Candidate need to have Mathematics/Statistics at 10+2 or graduation level with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST).

M.E./M.Tech:

Applicants need to pass bachelors degree in architecture/planning discipline from recognized university/institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST).

M.Arch/M.Plan:

Applicants need to pass bachelors degree in engineering discipline or relevant area from recognized university/institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST).

Note: Candidate who are in final year or waiting for results may also eligible to apply.

Important Dates for TANCET 2015

Online application will starts from February 2015
Candidate applies within the month of February 2015. The application closes in the month of February 2015
Admit card will be issued in the month of February or in March2015
Exam will conduct in the month of March 2015

Results will declare in the month of April / May2015

Exam pattern: The exam contains questions form following sections.

Quantitative Ability,
Logical Reasoning,
Analytical Reasoning,
Computer Awareness
