FMS Delhi entrance form

From which website I can get the entrance exam form of Faculty of Management Studies Delhi because I want to take admission in MBA Course so can you provide me eligibility criteria related to its.

Online registration is only for taking admission in MBA, PH.D and evening programs.

Eligibity critea:-
Candidates should have graduate degree
Candidates should have score of CAT exam

Admission process;-
On the basis of CAT score card , applicant is called and go for GD and PI round.
At least 50 percentile score in each section of the CAT-2012 is required by a candidate to be short-listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Registration;-
Candidate first go to online registration which is made on official site.
