B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology is a deemed to be university. Previously, functioning under Madras University (19842001) and Anna University (200109) as Crescent Engineering College, ig gained deemed status in 200809.


B.Sc. Computer Science

B.Sc Computer Science Programme offered by B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology is designed to draw young minds to the potentially rich & employable field of computer Science and to develop skills in software development and hardware maintenance so as to enable the graduates to take up self-employment in Indian & global market


The program aims to train & equip the students to meet the requirement of the Industrial standards and to be a foundation graduate programme which will act as a feeder course for higher studies in the area of Computer Science/Applications.
