There are following admission requirement have for Aerospace Engineering course at Abdul Aziz University: Candidate must have pass class 10+2 or equivalent in PCM stream from any recognized board which minimum 50% marks. Credit Hours: University Requirements: 14 Faculty Requirements: 61 Departmental Requirements: 80 Syllabus: Course Description: Two‐Dimensional Inviscid Fluid Flow, Stream Function and Velocity Potential, Superposition of Elementary Flows, Source Panel Methods, Thin airfoil theory, Vortex Panel Methods, Finite Wings. Vortex Lattice Method, Incompressible Boundary Layer, Aerodynamic Design. Prerequisites: AE 301, EE 300, EE 332. Textbooks & required Materials: 1. Anderson, John D., Fundamentals of Aerodynamics, McGraw‐Hill, 4th Edition, 2005. 2. Class Notes Rest of syllabus is available in attached pdf file which I am uploading for you and you are free to download.

The Department of Aeronautical Engineering In King Abdul Aziz University was established in 1980 as a division of the Mechanical Engineering Department to satisfy the needs of the development plans in the Kingdom in the field of Aeronautical Engineering. Courses: Undergraduate Program The BS Program in Mechanical Engineering (Aeronautical) is the only undergraduate program offered by the Aeronautical Engineering Department at King Abdulaziz University (KAU). Graduate Programs The Department of Aerospace Engineering also offers three Graduate Programs leading to: 1. MS Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (Thesis Option) 2. MS Degree in Aeronautical Engineering(Non-Thesis Option) 3. PhD Degree in Aerospace Engineering Admission details: The Faculty of Engineering Council determines the maximum number of students to be admitted each year (usually around 400 male students and 75 female students).
