University Law College was established in the year 1948, it is a constituent college of the Gauhati University. Course offered: L.L.B. Academic calendar for course: Admission: Admission for each academic year will be over by 31st July. Odd Semesters (I/III/V Semesters): From 1st July to 31st December. Classes : From 1st August to 30th November. End semester examination : Between 1st December & 31st December. (Including examination preparation). Sessional examinations : 1st & 2nd Sessional examinations will be held in second part of September and November respectively. Result : Result will be declared by 28th February. Even Semesters (II/IV/VI Semesters) : From 1st January to 30th June. Classes : From 1st January to 31st May. End semester examination : Between 1st June & 30th June.
