PhD admission in Chemistry in South Africa

I am newly shifted in South Africa and now I want to PhD course so please tell me the admission process and curriculum of the course in University of South Africa.

I am giving the PhD admission process of University of South Africa in Department of Chemistry for your reference. To be admitted students must hold an accredited MSc degree or equivalent qualification and satisfy the Senate as to their proficiency in Chemistry. The department may recommend that the student concurrently register and pass some honours modules selected from UNISA honours program.
In addition students must
(a) have a suitable research topic selected in consultation with the Department;
