What is the entrance examination for Anna University admission in post graduate courses?

Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) for admission in for admission in MBA, MCA, M.E. / M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M. Plan Degree Programmes offered in colleges in Tamilnadu.

Eligibility:

Graduation from any recognized university
Final year candidates and waiting for result are eligible for MBA/MCA courses
For M.Tech/ME candidates should have completed Graduation/Post Graduation from any recognized university

Important Dates:

Last date of online registration: 18th February 2014.
Last date of receipt of application form: 20th February 2014.
MBA/MCA Entrance Test: 22nd March, 2014
M.Tech, M.E, M.Arch, M. Plan Entrance Test: 23rd March 2014

Application Fee:

General/OBC: Rs.500/-
SC/ST: Rs.250/-

Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) is the under graduate entrance exam conducted by the Anna University.

Eligibility:

Must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects
Marks of Class XI and XII are taken to shortlist and allot the seats.
