IGNOU University MBA Courses

I want to do MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University but I have no idea about the MBA courses so please can you give me the list of courses and provide me the page where I can get the detail of the courses?

Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU MBA is a distance education MBA program.

The MBA Programme consists of 21 courses in all. These comprise of :

Project Course (MS-100) equivalent to 2 courses.

All the courses in PGDIM (Eleven Courses) i.e. MS-1 to MS-11
Five courses from any one of the specialisation streams
Compulsory Courses (MS-91, MS-95) and one elective course (MS-92/93/94/96/97)


The admission to IGNOU Distance Learning MBA programme is through an entrance examination OPENMAT, which is conducted twice a year.

The student needs to clear OPENMAT exam to get admission into MBA in IGNOU.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) MBA admissions are made through an entrance examination which is called OPENMAT-XXXIV and XXXV. Following are the details of it:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed Graduation in any discipline with an aggregate mark of 50% (45% for the reserved category)

OPENMAT-XXXIV and XXXV Entrance Test:

OPENMAT XXXIV: 08th September, 2013 (Sunday, 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.)

OPENMAT XXXV: 02nd February, 2014 (Sunday, 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.)


For those qualifying September 2013 Test: 1st Sem. January, 2014 to 30th November, 2013
(OPENMAT-XXXIV) For 2nd Sem. July 2014 to 31st May, 2014

For those qualifying February 2014 Test: 2nd Sem. July, 2014 to 31st May, 2014
(OPENMAT-XXXV) For 1st Sem. January, 2015 to 30th November, 2014

Last date for receipt of filled in application form for XXXIV OPENMAT is: 8th August, 2013 and for OPENMAT- XXXV is 15th December, 2013
