As you want to do the course of MBA in international business from the IIFT here are some of the details of the course-

Eligibility to get admission ot the institute-

Candidate must have Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years’ duration in any discipline.

Candidates appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply to the institute but they should give submission of proof of requisite qualification by beginning of October of the year of start of the course.

No age limit to get admission to this course at the institute.

Admission to the institute is based on the basis of Written test, followed by Essay write-up, Group Discussion and Interview at the institute.

Written test centers are as follows-

Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur and Visakhapatnam.

Exam pattern of the test-

The admission test is a written test (in English) that has multiple choice objective type questions.
Duration of the test is two hours.

It normally consists of around 200 questions covering English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning And Quantitative Analysis.

Some of the important date for this year admission process to begin with are-

Release of advertisement / Availability of Brochure and application form: Second Week Of July

Last date for receipt of application (Gen/SC/ST/PH) : First Week Of September

Last date for receipt of application (NRI/FN/CNRI) : Second week of February the following year

Written examination: Fourth Sunday Of November 10.00 am – 12.00 noon

Commencement of Programme: First Week Of July

Fees at the institute for the program –

General/OBC Category Rs.6,37,500/- p.a

SC/ST/PH/Category Rs.3,18,750/- p.a.

Foreign National /NRI/Children of NRI US$ 27,500 p.a.

Other charges (library, computer, Alumni etc.): Rs.50,000
