Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Banking and Finance (JNIBF), situated on a sprawling 50 acre campus at Gachibowli, Hyderabad was set up in the year 1991.

As you asking I am telling Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Banking and Finance was meant to cater to the training and development needs of human resources of IDBI – primarily in the area of development banking, project finance and term lending. The programs of the Institute are offered as on-campus and off-site basis with resource faculty drawn from IDBI Bank Ltd.

Soft skills programs covering Leadership, Team Management, Motivation, Communication, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Resource Planning, Health and Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence etc.,


Specialized programs focusing in different functions and areas like AML/KYC, Treasury, Trade Finance, program for Nominee Directors, exclusive program for Women Employees, Customer Service, Pre-Promotion Training, Retirement Planning etc.,
