I m diploma in EC and i also searching degree in Ec in IGNOU COURSE LIST but i cant find it .

i have completed first year of B.ED from IGNOU jeddah center... now i have to shift to Dubai as my husband is there... can you please tell me how i can change my center in order to complete my degree. i would also appreciate if you tell if you have supervisors in you center for the completion of project work. thank you.
