Eligibility for bihar medical pg entrance

i completed my mbbs in kurnool medical college,Andhra Pradesh.i was born in Bihar did my 10+2 in andhra pradesh. am i eligible for bihar medical pg entrance to be conducted in 2012

Eligibility:
The candidate should be a resident of Bihar.
The candidate should have done MBBS from recognized university/College. The candidate should have obtained the registration from Medical Council of India.
