NHB’s Grievance Redressal Mechanism is to provide a simple, speedy and cost effective mechanism to the aggrieved parties of NHB/ customers of HFC.

Grievance Registration & Information Database System (GRIDS) facilitates online registration and tracking of complaint for the complainant.

Follow the process

Go to the official website of National Housing Bank

Then click on tab “E Services” and then “Grievance Redressal System”

Then a new page will open

Click on “Complainant”

Then click on “New Complainant”

Again a new page will open




On this page you will get the online Complainant form

Fill all the details in the form and then click on next
