IIT Ropar Vs BITS Pilani

Can you tell me which is better between Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar) and Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani)?

I find both Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar) and Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) are among the best institutes in India.
