Hi I would like to have information about the “Right to Information Act” for Kurukshetra University as well as the lists of the PIOs & First Appellate Authority for the University?

In activity of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules providing the information under the said Act, namely:

Short title and beginning

(1) These principles might be known as the Haryana Right to Information Rules, 2005.

(d) puruse or assess the reports or any records or duplicates thereof;

(e) ask through the approved officer the certainties of an interest or may require actualities in detail, on the off chance that it so regards fitting, hear the State Public Information Officer or whatever other senior officer who had chosen the main show up by and large; and

(f) get confirm on sworn statements from the State Public Information Officer or any senior officer who had chosen the main interest or from some other individual from whom the confirmation might be esteemed vital

Method of Serving Notice-

The Commission may serve notice to the people worried in any of the accompanying modes to be specific:

(a) by hand conveyance (dasti) through process server; or

(b) by enlisted post with affirmation due; or

(c) by production in the daily paper.

Request by the Commission:-

(1) The Commission might make arrange in composing and articulate the same within the sight of the concerned gatherings.

(2) The gathering concerned may, acquire the duplicate of the request from the Commission.
