JELET exam date: 3rd JUNE, 2012 (SUNDAY)

Application Form:
Applicants can get the forms from the selected Axis bank branches by remitting the form fee. The candidate can also get it from the official website or by post by sending a requisition letter along with the DD of the required form fee. The candidate have to attach pre-requisite exam certificate copies and other relevant credentials mentioned in the prospectus along with the forms.
