I find both Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University (IIT BHU), Varanasi and The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) are good institutes.

IIT Hyderabad
The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) is a public engineering and research institution. It is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India under the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011.

Rankings
IIT Hyderabad was ranked 10 among engineering colleges in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2017. Careers360 has given it the second best rating, "AAAA+", among engineering colleges in 2017.
