I have passed entrance exam of IIM Shillong now going to appear for the GD so I need topics of GD for preparation of it. Can you help me by providing me the topics? If yes, please give me soon.

software engineers quit. As a CEO of the company, discuss long term solutions for this attrition problem.

51. A US manufacturer is planning to set up a plant in India worth USD500b. CM of "Banga" state wants to attract that investment

to his state. There are other states "Dravidina" state, "Gujjar" state and some other state that are the front runners for the

project.

What is the strategy "Banga" state CM needs to follow so that it could attract that investment to its state?

52. A small organization has a team of 6 programmers who are working for a prestigious project. The deadline for the project is fast

approaching. One of them has been sanctioned leave for a week because of his sister's marriage. Another programmer informs

Another programmer suddenly decides to leave this organization to join another. As a team leader, what should you do?

53. A tin company have got an offer from a foreign client who is very strict about the quality and the delivery time of the product

amidst a very tough international competition. The company is not able to produce the required quantity at the stipulated time

and even the quality is was not satisfactory. If there are some unavoidable circumstances, the company may be excused for not

doing the project on time. So, the Marketing Manager comes up with this strange idea to artificially create such situation. He,

poisons the employee’s food, plants a bomb near the factory and does some other unethical stuff but more importantly, gets

away with it. So the company is saved from the ridicule of not making it in time. And the Marketing Manager is praised and

given a raise. Discuss the pros and cons of this method and suggest any other method.

54. Sumo Inc is the market leader in digital cameras and has well established market shares in the OECD countries. It has around

30 models in the market. On hearing about the recent media hype about the booming Indian economy, it decides to enter the

Indian market. Now it is faced with a number of questions such as how many models should it release in India, how it should

price the models, should it directly convert the yen price to rupees? What solutions would you provide?
