Essential Qualifications:
First Class Masterdegree (M.Sc. or MA) in Earth Sciences/ Hydrology/ Archeology from a recognized university

Consistently good academic record; first class/division in higher secondaryand B.Sc. /B.A. level and /or a minimum 60% marks

Desirable Qualification:
Knowledge of statistics
Knowledge of atmospheric sciences
1-3 years of research experience, supported by publications
Experience with data processing e.g. conversant with data analysis tools viz.,
MATLAB, R software.
Working knowledge of statistics (in particular time series analysis)
Ability to work with large datasets of different types.
Comfortable in learning high precision instrumentation (like Stable Isotope Ratio
Mass spectrometers)
Experience of working with communities.
Knowledge of GIS and hydrology is a plus.

Salary:
Consolidated Salary Rs. 55,000 /- per month

Upper Age Limit:
Up to 35years as on 01/07/2017

Tenure:
Strictly 1 year
