Indian Overseas Bank or IOB as it is popularly known as was founded on February 10th 1937, by Shri.M.Ct.M. Chidambaram Chettyar.

As you are looking for the details regarding the personal loan from the bank here are the details –

Eligibility-

Employees who are already in Government, Public Sector Undertakings, reputed private enterprises, firms, companies can apply for the loan.,

Repayment:
In a maximum of 60 months in case the loan is taken on a 10 month salary and 36 months in case the loan is taken on 5 months salary.

Condition while taking loan from the bank-

The aspirant should have a S.B. account in the branch from where the loan is proposed to be taken.

Salary of the employee should be routed through the S.B. account at the branch where the loan is proposed to be taken.

Documents required while filling the application form –

Application form, Salary certificate of applicant and guarantor with deduction particulars of the aspirant.

Processing Fee:
One time processing fee of Rs. 204/- per lakh this is subjected to change according to bank understanding.
