The BIT Mesra MCA Entrance Test is a paper-pen based MCA entrance exam directed by Birla Institute of Technology for admission to its Full-Time MCA Programme at BIT Mesra and Allahabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lalpur, and Noida Campuses.

The MCA Information Brochure is covers admissions to the 3-year (6-semester) full-time MCA Program offered at the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and its Extension Centres at Jaipur, Lalpur and Noida

Pay application fee of Rs.2500/- (General/OBC candidates) or Rs.1500/- (SC/ST candidates)

Filling of Online Form Commences from: 20th March 2017
Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form: 30th April 2017
Last Date for Receipt of Printouts of duly Completed Online Forms at BIT, Mesra: 11th May 2017
Admit Card release Date: 26th May 2017
Date for Online Entrance Test: 04th June 2017
Declaration of 1st Provisional Selection List along with complete merit list on the Institute Website/ Notice Boards: 15th June 2017

Paper Pattern:-

The MCA Online Entrance Test shall comprise of 120 questions to be answered in 2 hours.
Questions will be of objective type with multiple choices out of which only one is correct.
A candidate must select only the correct answer to score full marks.
For each correct answer a candidate will earn 4 marks.
For every incorrect answer one mark will be deducted.

The questions will be distributed into various areas as follows:

Section - Subject - No of Questions
A - Mathematics - 60 Qs
B - Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning - 20 Qs
C - Computer Awareness - 20 Qs
D English - 20 Qs

Total - 120 Qs.
