Eligibility
The candidate must be at least 17 years of age, as on December 31st in the joining year.

The candidate must be a dependent child of serving army personnel/eligible ex-army personnel/war widows. The ex-army personnel must have finished a continuous service of ten years before taking a discharge or release.

If the candidate is an adopted child of the army personnel he/she is eligible if the adoption was carried out five years earlier to seeking admission into the college.

The candidate must have passed the PCB subjects in the two-year intermediate course/BSc course/course equivalent from the Indian School Certificate/pre-professional course/pre-medical course/any other course which is equivalent to Intermediate science course covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the first attempt.

Exam pattern

Total number of questions will be 100 and all questions will be objective type only.

Evaluation Scheme
OMR answer sheets will be evaluated through optical scanners and computers.

For each correct answer: +1 will be awarded.

For each incorrect/suspicious/multiple answers of one question: -0.25 will be deducted

Application fee
The Cost of Application for Army College of Dental Sciences, is Rs 700/- (By Hand / Through Demand Draft) and Rs 750/- (By Registered Post).

The Applicants would be able to download the Application Form from the Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS) Website; in which case the filled in Application Form must be accompanied by a Demand Draft for Rs 700/-.
