I am giving the important dates of application submission for participating in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission Judicial Magistrate First Class examination for your reference. The notification of the examination was provided on July 2012. The preliminary examination was given on 10th September 2012 and the mains examination is scheduled on 02-12-2012.

Sir, I patil sanjivani shivaji have done llb with 54.60 percentage mark and llm with 60 percentage mark i have not registered in bar council of india and i have not done any practice i am 25 years old wheather i am eligible for jmfc exam taken by maharastra goverment 2013

As on today Feb 2014 the Maharashtra Public Service Commission does not publish any recruitment notification for Judicial Magistrate First Class Preliminary Exam, but for your idea here are details required to MPSC JMFC: Eligibility: The applicant should have Degree in Law. The Candidate must have sufficient knowledge of Marathi so as to enable him to speak, read and write in Marathi and to translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice versa. Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis on following: Preliminary Examination (1 paper of 100 marks), Main Examination (2 papers of 100 marks each) and Viva-Voce (50 marks) Application Fee: Application fee for General and OBC category candidate is Rs 260 and for other reserved category of Madhya Pradesh candidate is Rs 135.

As per the information available Maharashtra public service commission has issued the notification for the vacancy of judicial first class magistrate. For this year. Some of the details regarding the vacancy are as follows – Educational Qualification candidates must be have a Degree in Law Candidate also must have sufficient knowledge of Marathi so as to enable him to speak, read and write in Marathi and to translate with facility from Marathi into English. Age limits for the exam- Maximum 25 years for Fresh Law Graduates. Maximum 35 years for persons already working as Advocate, Attorney or Pleader Maximum 45 years for members of Ministerial Staff of High Court/ Courts Subordinate to High Courts, Selection is based on the basis of Preliminary Examination (1 paper of 100 marks), Main Examination (2 papers of 100 marks each) and interview (50 marks).
