A completed Application Form.
An up-to-date curriculum vitae.
Birth certificate.
Two letters of recommendation.
English and/or French language test
A $125 CDN non-refundable application fee
Two official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.*
Response to five essay questions (on Page 7 of the Admission Form).
Completed employer’s support letter

CDN $89,000

Program Schedule:
$8,000 CDN due with the letter confirming program participation
$40,500 CDN due by October 20, 2017
$40,500 CDN due by February 9, 2018
