Hello sir, I live in Surat and I have done BCA and now I want to do MCA so I need fight the Gujarat common entrance test so you give me detail how I can apply in this exam.

I am giving the important dates of application submission for Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2012 for your reference. You can go through it. The online application submission started on 13 -12 2011. The information booklet and pin number for the examination was available from 12-12-2011 to 30-12-2011. The last date for submitting the application form was on 31st December 2011.

The entrance examination was scheduled on 5th April 2012. Since the dates got expired you cannot apply for the examination. Better luck next time.

I want to appear in the CET exam in the state of Gujarat can you please help me by providing the necessary information?

CET or the common entrance test is conducted by The Education Department of the Govt of Gujarat this test is held for admission into various medical, engineering and pharmacy courses in the state of Gujarat.

Following are some of the courses for which the admission is given by the test –

B.Tech - Bachelor of Technology

B.E. - Bachelor of Engineering

MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery

BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery

B.Pharma - Bachelor of Pharmacy

Exam pattern –

It is a written test of 3 hours duration .There are 4 sections in test - Physics, chemistry, Maths, Biology.

The selection will be on the basis of marks that are scored in the entrance test. The test will be based on the syllabus of Std XI & XII.

The conducting authority for this exam has not announced the date for this year exam but it may happen somewhere around mid June , we will update the information when the date are announced for this year just stay in touch.
