Learning Outcomes

You will gain exposure to senior leaders by working on real transactions as well as through the formal mentorship program, which is a key component of the internship. In addition to the experience and training acquired on the job, summer associates have the opportunity to participate in educational seminars and various social and networking events.

Application Policy :

Americas: You may submit a maximum of 3 concurrent applications across all divisions and UBS US regional offices during the same academic year.


Asia Pacific: You may only apply for one program/role in one country of your choice during the same academic year. For example, if you wish to apply for the Singapore Graduate Talent Program in Equities, you will not be able to apply for any other program (Graduate Talent Program or Internship) or UBS area (IBD, Operations) in Singapore or elsewhere in Asia Pacific.
