How is the RD Exam Scored

HI I would like to have the information about the eligibility as well as the examination pattern and the minimum score for qualifying the RD Examiantion conducted by Indian Dietetic Association?

In 1962, a gathering of similar nutritionists, dietitians and specialists in the united wellbeing fields set out to frame a logical body to highlight the significance of dietetics and nourishment in the upkeep of wellbeing, and in the aversion and treatment of illnesses. Registration is granted to candidates who effectively qualify in the Registration examination.

Qualification REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION EXAMINATION FROM 1ST JANUARY 2016.

Capability

1. B.Sc. Home Science in Foods and Nutrition. (Day Scholar)

2. + Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics OR M.Sc. in Foods and Nutrition (This is 3 + 1 organize where in the applicant probably done at least four years in Home Science or Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics)

3. + six months constant temporary position (Or 3+3 months) from perceived healing centers recorded on the site CLICK HERE OR Two year involvement in a multispecialty doctor's facility as full time dietician.

Guidelines for RD Interns

Enrollment Examination: Exam Date: twelfth November 2016. Last date of submitting finished application shape - August 31st of the time of applying for the RD exam.

3. No questions with respect to the exam will be engaged after the 30th of September that year

4. RD exam comes about can't be challenged once distributed. There will be no re-assessment of RD exam papers.

R.D. Examination Pattern

There will be two test papers - each of two hours term

Paper I Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry

Paper II Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management.

Each paper will comprise of 3 areas.

Area A&B: Objective inquiries (50 marks) and Multiple decision (20 marks)

Segment C Clinical arranged question (30 marks)

The applicant is required to get 50% to qualify, and at least 45% for each paper.
